Once the Vision has been cast, it's time to "paint the picture."

 

Our skilled design staff has the talent required to put your vision on paper, while our knowledgable estimators are working with them hand-in-hand to insure all details are designed according to an established budget.  We even provide 3D modeling that allows you to see your finished project before ever breaking ground!

 

If your church has already hired an architect to design your new facility, that's ok, too!  Our estimators can step in as needed to aid the architect in designing for your budget by providing current material and labor cost estimates whenever needed. 

 

During this phase of the project, our knowledgable consultants will also assess the church's debt capacity and assist in developing fundraising plans, coordinate marketing strategies for project promotion to your congregation, evaluate the construction and operational cost for the proposed designs, and begin the pre-construction design process.
